Shipping policy

Shipping within Australia is complimentary. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.


For addresses outside of Australia we use DHL Express Service, the cost for this postage payable at checkout is $20-$36AUD depending on your location. Jacquie Starr is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments.


All orders are subject to production and fulfillment lead times before they ship. Each piece is estimated to ship within the shipping time specified on its respective product page, and all shipping times are measured from the next business day after an order is placed.  Please note that certain pieces may have different shipping times, and all times specified are estimates only. While we aim to ship your order within the stated windows, the actual time to ship your order may be longer or shorter depending on production capabilities and other conditions. If you wish to check on the status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@jacquiestarr.com.au. Orders with multiple pieces with different shipping windows. If you place a single order for multiple pieces with different ship windows, your order will ship when the entire order is complete and ready for shipment, typically within the latest estimated shipping window of all items in your order. If you prefer certain pieces in your order to be shipped as they become available before your entire order is complete, please contact us at info@jacquiestarr.com.au.com to make special shipping arrangements.  Additional shipping fees will apply.


An automated email notification will be sent to you; providing a tracking number so you can monitor your consignment's journey. Due to the high value of our pieces, our parcels require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be held at the nearest post office or holding facility to be collected with photo ID.

Please ensure the details provided at checkout are accurate, as Jacquie Starr cannot be held responsible for incorrect deliveries due to address errors. Our shipping providers are trusted services, and as such Jacquie Starr will not refund or replace orders that have been processed as delivered.
