RETURN POLICY

Orders within the Australia may be returned for store credit within 10 days of delivery, excluding items subject to final sale refunds are not available.

The following orders on jacquiestarr.com.au are final sale:

  • International orders shipped to destinations outside the Australia;
  • Custom orders (including engraved or otherwise altered items);
  • Items designated final sale; and
  • Orders purchased with store credit.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of any of the above items.

If you wish to return an item that is eligible for return, please contact info@jacquiestarr.com.au to initiate the return process. Returns must be authorised by a customer service representative. If your purchase is eligible for return, a customer service representative will provide instructions for return and a return authorisation form that must be included with your return shipment. Returns must be shipped within 3 days of your receipt of the return authorisation form. Items must be in original, unworn condition, including original packaging, to be accepted for return. In the event of noncompliance, we reserve the right to deny the return and/or deduct a restocking or repair fee from any store credit. Returns initiated beyond 10 days of receipt of your order, or shipped beyond 3 days of your receipt of a return authorisation, will not be accepted.

Please note that store credit issued as a result of a return excludes any shipping fees paid in connection with the original order, and that all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
